Easily track your order after purchase, with your tracking number, regardless of the delivery location.

In-stock creations will be sent to you within 2 to 5 business days. If the creations you wish to order are not in stock, allow 2 to 4 weeks for production in our workshop. Once the order is ready and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer a refund or exchange.

You can return the item for inspection. After checking its condition, a refund will be issued if everything is in order.

When the product arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a refund to your original payment method once the inspection process is complete.

You cannot return the jewelry if it falls under the following reasons:
- The product you purchased can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must contain all unused components.
- if the certification label affixed to the product has been removed, it cannot be returned.

We do not offer exchanges. If the size does not fit, a refund will be issued, and you can place a new order in the desired size.
