How can I track the status of my order?

Easily track your order after purchase, with your tracking number, regardless of the delivery location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock creations will be sent to you within 2 to 5 business days. If the creations you wish to order are not in stock, allow 2 to 4 weeks for production in our workshop. Once the order is ready and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. The person who placed the order is responsible for all costs related to a SAPFIRA package returned after several failed delivery attempts. For any questions, contact us at info@sapfira-jewelry.com .

What is the return period?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer a refund or exchange.

Do you accept product returns?

You can return the item for inspection. After checking its condition, a refund will be issued if everything is in order.

How do I return my order?

When the product arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a refund to your original payment method once the inspection process is complete.

You cannot return the jewelry if it falls under the following reasons:
- The product you purchased can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must contain all unused components.
- if the certification label affixed to the product has been removed, it cannot be returned.

Do you accept trades?

We do not offer exchanges. If the size does not fit, a refund will be issued, and you can place a new order in the desired size.
