Check your jewelry regularly for any signs of wear, such as loose stones, weakened settings, or surface marks. Early attention helps prevent further damage and ensures your piece remains secure, balanced, and visually precise over time.

In-stock pieces are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. If the item you wish to order is not available, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production in our workshop. Once your order is ready and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
